Christophe Fiori works with Pallegar Law, P.A. in an of counsel capacity. He provides family legal services throughout the Tampa Bay area.
Mr. Fiori was born in France and has lived both there and in South Africa for several years prior to immigrating to the United States. He speaks French fluently and regards his immigration process as instrumental in motivating him to become an attorney. Fiori attended the University of South Florida, achieving his B.A. in 2005 before going on to the South Texas College of Law to achieve his J.D. in 2009. He is a current member of the American Bar Association, the Florida Bar Association, and the Hillsborough County Bar Association. He is a certified Circuit Civil Mediator as well as a certified Family Law Mediator.
Mr. Fiori assists with civil law proceedings such as divorce, aiming to resolve cases as smoothly as possible. These kinds of cases are often sensitive and emotional, and he provides compassionate, affordable, but aggressive legal services. He is driven to help people overcome legal challenges, and to provide help to those who are in need. Many of the cases he handles are settled before a trial, which saves his clients time and money while still achieving a positive outcome. He works with men, women, and families, dealing with those seeking alimony and also those who have been asked to pay alimony. He understands both sides of these kinds of cases, and provides personable, individual care to every client.
Mr. Fiori also provides mediation services as a neutral third-party. Mediation happens when you and your spouse sit down with your attorneys and a mediator in order to come to a conclusion that is fair for both parties. It is a voluntary process where you can leave at any time and you are not required to settle anything. Instead, as a mediator, Mr. Fiori will help you and your spouse find a solution that works for you.
